What we hold, who handles it for us, and how long we keep it.
Who we are
Seracu is run by Adapt Progress Evolve Ltd (company number 10047328, VAT GB362654684), a UK company and the studio behind ScriptGrain. If you have a question about your data, email hello@seracu.com.
What we hold
- Your email address and name, for sign-in by emailed link.
- The website and rivals you give us, what we read from your website, the facts about your business you confirm or correct, and the report built from them.
- Your voice profile and the articles we write for you, including your edits and earlier versions.
- Payment records. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
- Basic first-party usage counts for the site, so we can see which pages are used.
Search data in your report is about web pages, not about people.

How long we keep it
- Raw search-result rows: 90 days.
- Your account, voice profile and articles: until you ask us to delete them, or 12 months after your last paid period.
- Payment records: as long as the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You can download your data from your account page, and you can delete your account there too. Deleting removes your articles, business facts, reports and sessions, and anonymises your account record. Payment records stay, with your name and email removed, because we have to keep them. You can also email us.
If your dashboard goes read-only after your included months, nothing is deleted: your articles and downloads stay.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
