These terms cover orders from Seracu, run by Adapt Progress Evolve Ltd (company number 10047328, VAT GB362654684). Contact: hello@seracu.com.

An order is a one-off purchase of a gap report for your website, plus the number of finished articles in the plan you chose (Starter 3, Growth 10), and the dashboard for the months the plan includes. The report is built from search data, a read of your website and the pages of sites like yours. The articles are written by ScriptGrain in a voice profile built from your site, then edited and fact-checked. Each article is up to 5,000 words, as long as the topic needs. We may swap a topic for another if we can't write it to our fact-checking standard.

You confirm that you own or run the website you give us, and that you're allowed to have us read it. We read it with SeracuBot, which obeys your robots.txt. We use only the business facts you've confirmed or corrected when we write for you. You're responsible for checking what we've written before you publish it.

On the UK site, prices are in pounds and include VAT. On the US edition, prices are in US dollars. You pay in full by card through Stripe before we start work. Current prices are on the pricing page. Extra articles and re-checks are bought one at a time from your dashboard.

After the months included in your plan, your dashboard becomes read-only. Your articles and downloads stay. A paid monthly plan keeps the dashboard working.

Once you've paid, the articles we write for you are yours. You can publish them, change them and use them for any lawful purpose. We don't claim any rights in them. We don't publish them ourselves or use them in our own marketing without asking you. Articles are written to be original, but we can't promise that no one else has written something similar.

Articles are guidance to publish, not a promise of results. Google says no one can guarantee a number one ranking, and results can take months. Search numbers come from third-party data and are estimates.

The founding group is the first set of sites run through Seracu, on invitation, at the founding price on the pricing page. If you are in that group and you publish none of your articles within three weeks of them being ready, email us and we'll refund the founding price in full. This promise applies to the founding group only.

If we can't deliver the report or articles you paid for, we refund what we couldn't deliver. If something else has gone wrong, email us and we'll put it right. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

How we handle your data is on the privacy page. You can download your articles at any time while you have an account, and you can delete your account from your account page.

We take care to get things right, but AI-assisted writing can contain errors, so please check each article before you publish. Our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow that limit.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
